Allegaeon Go To the Beach and Get Silly in New Music Video

Unsigned bands, take note: THIS is how you make a music video! No big-name director, no fancy shmancy gear, no budget whatsoever… just a few dirty death metal dudes with some down time between tour dates who decided to go to the beach, get silly, and make a music video. Constructing a drum kit out of kids’ sand buckets and other beach detritus: that’s ingenuity!

Vocalist Ezra Haynes serves as the de facto director for Allegaeon’s new music video for “Threshold of Perception,” the opening ripper from their stellar 2014 release Elements of the Infinite (which placed #12 on my year-end list!). Check it out below.
