Sammy Hagar and Ted Nugent are Good at Words
As if you needed one more reason to dislike Van Hagar: Señor Cabo Wabo appears on Ted Nugent’s new single, “She’s Gone,” and I’m assuming he helped out with the lyrics. I mean, it must have taken two people to come up with these, right? No single mind on Earth could possibly have written this on its own.
Wait, wrong “She’s Gone.” Sorry.
Can you imagine what the conversations these two had while collaborating on this poetry must have been like?
SAMMY: Hey, Ted, what rhymes with ‘gone’?
*
TED: Sammy, I’ve been thinking, what if at one point I throw in a “lost” instead of a “gone”?
SAMMY: WHOA! You just blew my mind, dude.
*
SAMMY: Do you think we’re being too subtle with our message? I don’t want people to get confused…
TED: Nah, don’t sweat it, Sammy. Most of my fans have PhDs.
