Metallica and Rob Zombie: Two Great “YE-AH!”s That Go Great Together

When you think about it, Metallica’s James Hetfield and Rob Zombie are on fascinatingly similar wavelengths; both of them write lyrics that place a tremendous amount of emphasis on the affirmative. For example:

So it makes perfect sense that Zombie would choose to cover “Enter Sandman” during a recent performance in South Carolina. After all… he already knew the words!

No word on whether or not Metallica return the favor, but it seems to me like you could add a few bars of “Dragula” to “Fuel” and maintain some thematic coherence.
