• Fans started a petition to get Leonado DiCaprio to appear with Meshuggah at Bonnaroo.
• Emmure’s founding guitarist Ben Lionetti called Frankie Palmeri “a disgusting human being” and is filing a lawsuit against his former band. Meanwhile the band announced they’d be putting out a new album soon, and it promises to be as ridiculous as you’d expect.
• We learned a whole lot of new details about the Tim Lambesis case from a court testimony.
• One of our writers didn’t like Benighted’s new album while another liked it very much, thank you.
