Trial of As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis Delayed Following Court Readiness Conference
The trial of As I Lay Dying vocalist Tim Lambesis continues to move at the speed of a Sunn O))) song.
The latest development, according to Lambesisgoat, the Austrian Death Machine singer returned to court today and… uh… well, not much, actually:
“Today’s hearing was slated to be a ‘readiness conference,’ an appearance at which all parties determine whether the case can be disposed of without trial. According to Lambgoat’s courtroom mole, however, such a discussion did not end up taking place today. Although Lambesis was present (accompanied by his parents and attorney Tom Warwick), he was not called forward, and the bailiff subsequently announced that further proceedings have been delayed until February 6th.”
Still, I bet Lambesis was happy to get out of the house for awhile.
Lambgoat also believes that Meggan Lambesis’ restraining order against Tim was renewed today, which is a no brainer if ever there was one.
I guess we’ll see if anything actually happens in February or not.
