Buzzfeed Lists “The 26 Most Metal Things That Have Ever Happened”

This is silly but fun: Buzzfeed has compiled a list of “The 26 Most Metal Things That Have Ever Happened” — a fair number of which do not actually involve metal or even music. For example:

Amusing though this is, there are plenty of incredibly metal events that did not make this list. Like when J.R. Hayes’ mic stopped working during a Pig Destroyer show, and he kept screaming anyway. Or when all of Pompeii was destroyed by Mount Vesuvius. Or pretty much anything Winston Churchill said to anyone ever. Really, 26 is far too small of a number to properly count metal events throughout history. Dare I say they should have listed 666 things? (Maybe they didn’t wanna alienate readers in Kentucky.)
