Monster Magnet Are Back With a New Song, Album and Tour

Monster Magnet fans, have we got some good news for you! Dave Wyndorf and the Magnet are back after a three-year hiatus, and the stoner rock pioneers are set to release their ninth album Last Patrol via Napalm Records on October 5th.

Stream a brand new track called “The Duke (of Supernature)” below, via The Obelisk. Wyndorf produced the album himself along with bandmate Phil Caivano, and the crystal clear mix comes courtesy the very-talented Joe Barresi (Tool, Tomahawk, Melvins, Every Time I Die, etc), whose expert knob-twiddling fingers make pretty much anything instantly better. Not that this track needs it — it’s pretty sweet on its own — but the juicy mix certainly doesn’t hurt.
