Exclusive Track Premiere: Warbeast’s “Nightmares in the Sky”
A funny thing happened when we first blasted “Nightmares in the Sky,” the brutal new Warbeast song that we’re only-too-happy to be debuting on MetalSucks today. We were about twenty-six seconds into the track — right when the main riff kicks in — when our own jugular ripped itself out. For real. That’s how fucking metal this song is. We were just sitting here and RRRRIIIPPPP!!! A searing pain in our throat, followed by blood everywhere.
We rushed to the emergency room, but as the doctor was sewing us up, he asked, “How did this happen?”, and we were like, “Oh, here, listen to this.” And then his jugular ripped itself out and long story short, we are, in fact, dead, and typing up this blog post from the seventh level of Hell.
But we don’t really mind it so much down here. Because they play nothing but FUCKING WARBEAST.
Listen to “Nightmares in the Sky” below! It will appear on Warbeast’s jugular-killer of a new album, Destroy, which comes out April 2 on Housecore Records. You can pre-order it here. It was produced by Phil Anselmo, who you may know from some small underground bands called Pantera and Down.
Warbeast hit the road in April with Gwar and Wilson. Dates are at the bottom of this post!
