Who Hates iHate?

Chris Barnes has started a new band called iHate, who have released their first song, “Stretcher,” via the below lyric video. And it’s pretty awful. It’s different from Six Feet Under in that it’s not death n’ roll, but I’m still convinced it warranted a whole new project. But no matter what band released it, it would just bad. It sounds terrible, and it’s just, like, a total parody of death metal. Ugh.

By the way, I’m not even really sure this band is called “iHate,” as opposed IHate or Ihate or whatever. Blabbermouth capitalizes all band names so that’s no help, and when I Googled “ihate chris barnes,” this list entitled “100 Reasons to Hate Chris Barnes” was the first thing to come up. So I’ve decided to give Barnes the benefit of the doubt that the group’s moniker is a deliberate play on ever-prevalent Apple products.
