Hatebreed to Tour with Shadows Fall, Dying Fetus, and The Contortionist
Today in “Tours You’re Going To”: Hatebreed will support their new album, Divinity of Purpose, with a U.S. headlining tour featuring support from Shadows Fall, Dying Fetus, and The Contortionist. That’s not only a totally rockin’ line-up, but it’s a diverse one, too — even if you consider both Hatebreed and Shadows Fall to be metalcore bands, there are a plethora of differences between their approach to metal (guitar solos, clean vocals, one breakdown per song versus a song comprised almost entirely of breakdowns, etc.). And certainly the heavy-as-fuck DM of Dying Fetus and techy-as-fuck prog of The Contortionist ain’t got nuthin’ to do with ‘Breed or The Shads.
In other words: I think this tour is an all-around winner!
