Are you ready to face yourself? Up-and-coming deathcore band Face Yourself has unveiled new visuals for their single “Primal.” The music video coincides with the release of their latest EP, Martyr – a five-track record featuring deep gutturals and drop-tuned breakdowns.

The video was directed and edited by Face Yourself drummer and videographer, Eric DiCarlo. The song was recorded at SquareUp Studios and features distorted graphics, intense close-ups, and fire dancers.

Speaking about the new video, DiCarlo shared:

“Crazy to think that this is the 13th video I’ve directed and the 11th that I edited for the band.”

In January, Face Yourself officially announced their signing with Sumerian Records (After the Burial, Bad Omens, Poppy). To coincide with this news, the band dropped the first track off their new record, “Sideration”, with another annihilating music video.

This July, Face Yourself is heading out to the U.S., alongside Not Enough Space, for Crystal Lake and VCTMS’ co-headline ‘Summer of Rampage tour’. You can find the full list of dates below.

Martyr is out now and available to stream here.

Martyr Tracklist:

  1. Primal
  2. Predatory
  3. The Poet
  4. Saboteur
  5. Sideration
