Shadow of Intent Announce New Album with Single Featuring Cannibal Corpse’s Corpsegrinder

Three years after the release of their previous album Elegy, Shadow of Intent is back with a brutal shot across the bow to herald their new album Imperium Delirium. Not only are they letting the world know they’re on notice with the announcement of their fifth studio effort, but they’ve also dropped a brutal death metal single titled “Feeding the Meatgrinder” that examines the horror of war with a little help from Cannibal Corpse’s vocalist and resident nice guy George “Corpsegrinder” Fisher.

Set for release on June 27 via Blood Blast Distribution, Imperium Delirium is comprised of 11 brand new tracks. According to the band, the new album continues their “descent into the real-world horrors that define our past and foreshadow our future.” So yeah, it’s sure to be a happy, fun time full of laughter and rainbows.

Speaking of the single and Corpsegrinder’s involvement, the band couldn’t sound more excited.
