Quadvium Shares “Náströnd” Single and Video with Testament and Ex-Obscura Bassists
After announcing their new nu-metal project in June 2024, Steve Di Giorgio (Testament) and Jeroen Paul Thesseling (ex-Obscura) shared the debut single for their new outfit, Quadvium.
Out now, “Náströnd” is a neat prog-rock/nu-metal release and a taster of what this unique collision of metalheads has to offer on their forthcoming debut album, Tetradōm.
The track is accompanied by a music video, and the setup is impressive as Giorgio and Thesseling riff out side by side in complete darkness. An eerie mist of fog adds a mystic atmosphere alongside bursts of flashing lights.
Speaking about their debut release, the band shared online:
“We’re stoked to reveal Quadvium’s first single «Náströnd». We hope you’ll enjoy listening, and watching the video for the song. Thank you all for your patience. It has been quite a long trip building our concept and striving together for the best ideas. And now here we are – the first glimpse into an album that is quite a musical adventure! It’s very important and means a lot for us to bring new music for an open-minded audience. We’re very excited to invite you in to our musical creation, and really enjoy reading your reactions! The team at Agonia Records has been a huge support for the group to accomplish this production. Stay tuned, more to be announced soon!”
“Náströnd” is out on all streaming platforms now. Tetradōm is scheduled for release this May 30, out via Agonia Records. Fancy having it as soon as it drops? Pre-order a copy here.
