Fortnite Festival Adds Three Linkin Park Songs

0

This Thursday, March 27, three new Linkin Park songs will hit Epic Games’ Fortnite Festival. Including major hits “Faint” and “The Emptiness Machine”, as well as the band’s highly anticipated new release “Up from the Bottom.”

Fortnite Festival is a music game recently developed by Epic Games in 2023. The game allows players to perform some of their favorite songs in a bid to hit new high scores. This also isn’t the first time bands have been added to the ridiculously popular game franchise, as Avenged Sevenfold, Metallica, DragonForce, and System of a Down are just some of the bands featured

“Up from the Bottom” coincides with the Fortnite announcement and is the first single from Linkin Park since the band dropped its critically acclaimed From Zero record a year ago with new frontwoman Amy Armstrong.

Linkin Park confirmed that the new release will be joined by an accompanying video in a conversation with Billboard last week. Produced by Joe Hahn, Hahn expressed that the visuals for this one are “a little bit mind-bending.”

Check out this BTS teaser the band shared of “Up from the Bottom.”
