Six More Dates Added to Minus The Bear’s ‘Menos El Oso’ Tour
One week after announcing a huge 20th anniversary tour for their seminal album Menos El Oso, apparently Minus The Bear got enough interest and traction that they added another half dozen shows to their itinerary.
As previously reported, the tour will launch from Portland, Oregon’s Roseland Theater on October 4, but one of the new show additions means the run will now come to a close in Seattle’s The Showbox for a three-night stop on November 26, 28, and 29. The other five shows are sprinkled throughout the rest of the tour, but the new additions are as follows:

As previously reported, the tour is seen by the band as a way to reflect and celebrate the aforementioned Menos El Oso album’s importance on the band’s career.
“Menos el Oso put us on a trajectory that none of us were expecting. There is a ‘before ‘Pachuca Sunrise’ video’ moment in time, and then there is an ‘after ‘Pachuca Sunrise’ video’ moment in time. It seemed like once people heard that song, and saw that video, everyone went straight to Limewire, Napster, Soulseek, BitTorrent, etc. and shared the album immediately.
