Deicide Drop Off of Exodus Tour Due to “Scheduling Conflicts”

0

Just a couple weeks after it was announced, a spring U.S. tour featuring Exodus and Deicide is in jeopardy as the latter band announced today that they were dropping off the bill.

In a rather short statement on their Instagram account, Deicide revealed that they were no longer participating in the previously announced ‘The Swarm of Horror’ tour because of “scheduling conflicts.” It’s unclear what those conflicts could be, but with a little over a month left before the tour was slated to start, it’s looking like the tour’s organizers are going to have to quickly find a reasonable replacement in short order. Otherwise, I’m guessing they’ll have to either deal with angry ticketholders, weather a flurry of ticket refund requests, or have to put the kibosh on the entire run altogether.

The ‘Swarm of Horror’ tour was supposed to kick off on April 27 in Phoenix, Arizona, the ‘Swarm Of Horror’ tour will run until it comes to an end on May 17 for the Milwaukee Metal Fest.

As it stands, there’s been no replacement selected to fill in Deicide’s vacancy. Once one has been chosen, we’ll be sure to report on it. You can find the full list of shows down below.
