Lamb of God, Knocked Loose, Power Trip, and More Announced for First Unhinged Festival
It’s always fun to see a new metal festival crop up out of nowhere, especially when that thing is a killer two-day metal and beer festival launching this summer.
Set to take place on Saturday, July 26 and Sunday, July 27, the UNHINGED Festival will be held at National Western Stockyards in Denver, Colorado and is presented by Bew Ha Ha Productions in collaboration with AEG Rocky Mountains. And even though this is the festival’s first-ever showing, that doesn’t mean the lineup’s going to be lacking. In fact, it’s looking like that weekend is going to be a banger with Knocked Loose headlining the first night and Lamb of God headlining the second.
The daily run down of the festival’s more than 25 acts is as follows:
July 26
Knocked Loose
The Dillinger Escape Plan
The Garden
Health
Converge
Terror
Sanguisugabogg
Jesus Piece
Khemmis
The Callous Daoboys
Rickshaw Billie’s Burger Patrol
Glixen
Palehorse/Palerider
In The Company of Serpents
Suicide Cages
July 27
Lamb of God
In This Moment
Body Count
Power Trip
Sunami
Gatecreeper
Angel Du$t
Catch Your Breath
Castle Rat
Candy
Big Ass Truck
Nailed Shut MA
Nightwraith
Necropanther
Hell of a start, if you ask me. UNHINGED creator and producer Cameron Collins of Brew Ha Ha Productions said she and the rest of the team were excited to get such a good lineup on the stage for the first iteration.
“We’re thrilled to kick off the UNHINGED brand in Denver alongside the incredible team at AEG Rocky Mountains. This partnership allows us to create something truly unique for fans in Colorado, and we look forward to expanding the UNHINGED experience to new markets across the country.”
In addition to the bands, organizers said the festival will feature “craft beer tasting sessions [that] will showcase the best local, regional, and national craft beer, hard seltzer, and cider, solidifying UNHINGED as a must-attend event for craft beer enthusiasts and music fanatics alike.”
Tickets are available right now, so if you want to head out and have a good time in the Rocky Mountains, surrounded by killer metal music and beer, this should be a great time.
