Molotov Solution ‘Confront Darkness with Darkness’ with New Single “Necessary Evil”

For the first time in more than 10 years, deathcore band Molotov Solution is releasing a new collection of songs in their upcoming new EP Void. And you can hear one of those songs right now in the form of their latest single “Necessary Evil.”

Featuring a super pissed off sound and politically charged lyrics, this one feels like it was primed for the times. Vocalist Nick Arthur said the new song was all about fighting fire with fire.

“With “Necessary Evil,” we return to form with a relentless assault, embodying the brutality of confronting darkness with darkness. Intense riffs, punishing drum grooves, and unyielding heaviness collide to forge a sound both nostalgic and merciless. This track channels the weight of moral compromise in the pursuit of justice, proving that sometimes the only way to destroy evil is to descend into it.”

Descending into madness right up front, the band described this track as their “most raw, unfiltered, and unapologetic. As for their upcoming EP, Arthur said it’s a new chapter for the band.

“The EP showcases our most intense and unflinching work to date, confronting power, corruption, and the cost of resistance. The artwork, created by Lena Richter, captures the essence of this vision—a haunting blend of occult ritual and big brother surveillance, representing the forces that manipulate and control.”

You can pre-save Void today so you can make sure you can hear it when it comes out on March 21.
