Members of Sleep and Wovenhand Unite for a New EP

We may not know of any new Sleep anytime soon and Om has been radio silent, but that doesn’t mean the folks behind those bands can’t make something exciting in the meantime. Earlier today, Om and Sleep’s Al Cisneros and Wovenhand’s David Eugene Edwards announced that they’re working together on a new 10″ release titled Pillar of Fire/Capernaum.

Set for release on April 25, the EP will be both musicians’ first experience ever collaborating with one another.

We don’t have any singles from this EP to listen to at the moment, we do have the cover art. That’s cool enough, right? At least we might finally be able to hear this at some point while we wait for these guys to get back in the studio with their respective bands for once…
