This summer, Alice In Chains will be back on the road for a three-piece of headlining shows between their already existing plans to play some U.S. festivals. The shows will fill out an eight-day stretch this coming May that sees the band play shows in six different states.

Announced earlier today, the shows will take place on the following days:

  • May 8 — Uncasville, CT – Mohegan Sun Arena
  • May 13 — Nashville, TN – The Pinnacle
  • May 15 — Dothan, AL – Dothan Civic Center

In their own way, the dates bookend the three festival dates that Alice In Chains previously announced. Those festival performances are slated as follows:

  • May 10 — Camden, NJ – MMRBQ
  • May 11 — Columbus, OH – Sonic Temple Art & Music Festival
  • May 16 — Daytona Beach, FL – Welcome To Rockville

Coming along for those shows will be a young thrash metal outfit called Chained Saint. Alice In Chains vocalist William DuVall worked with the group as the producer of their debut album, hence the connection between the two bands.

Artist ticket pre-sales will start tomorrow at 10 a.m. EST, with the password being available to everyone that signs up for one over at Alice In Chains’ webstore. Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday, February 21 at 10 a.m. EST.
