Warped Tour Gets a Little Heavier by Adding Better Lovers, Crown The Empire, and More
It may be back from the dead (in a significantly weirder setup), but this year’s ‘Vans Warped Tour’ got a little more heavy and chaotic, as organizers revealed that the supergroup known as Better Lovers has joined the lineup. Additionally, the traveling event also added Crown The Empire, ten56., Common Sage, Origami Angel and Hot Milk to the mix.
As previously reported, this new iteration of Warped Tour isn’t so much the traveling summer festival we remember from the days of yore and instead just a trio of two-day shows set to take place at: Washington D.C.’s Festival Grounds at RFK Stadium on June 14 and 15; Long Beach, California’s Shoreline Waterfront on July 26 and 27; and Orlando, Florida’s Camping World Stadium Campus on November 15 and 16. So needless to say, it’s not your typical Warped Tour.
This year’s iteration marks the 30th anniversary of the tour, with organizers planning to reveal new bands being added to the lineups until February 26. For now though, you can see the lineups for each of the three shows listed below.
