The Browning Brutally Cover Eiffel 65’s “Blue (Da Ba Dee)”: Listen

0

No need for lies here. You know the song, and there’s nothing wrong with admitting that you may have liked it when it came out. I know I did. Like might be a strong word, but it sure as shit earwormed its way into my head like a parasite. The song in question: Eiffel 65’s “Blue (Da Ba Dee). Kansas City, Missouri deathcore band The Browning just released their cover of it and it’s fuckin heavy.

They released an accompanying music video as well, directed by Michael Levine. Take in both of them below—they fuckin hit.

The Browning is going on tour in a couple of weeks, hitting a few cities across the country. Their Instagram says their set for each night will include 18 songs, so at least they’re giving us a little bit of info before we get there. Hopefully some old shit will be included, but seeing them perform this cover on stage (assuming they will, but why wouldn’t they?) will be equal parts funny and entertaining. Like, how the fuck could you not tee-hee and giggle at the thought of this song existing in the first place? For more info and to purchase tickets, go here.
