Ice Nine Kills Announce ‘Silver Scream-A-Thon 2025 Tour’
Another end of year post, another major tour announcement to get your 2025 hot and heavy before it even begins. This time around, it’s the insanely popular with the kids band Ice Nine Kills. Moments ago, they announced a headlining run through the U.S. that coincides with their commitments to play alongside Metallica on their M72 World Tour.
Just like that massive undertaking by the biggest metal band of all time, this run by Ice Nine Kills will see them doing two shows in the same city and venue back to back. Where they differ, however, is they plan on playing The Silver Scream in its entirety on night one and all of The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood on night two. Both shows will apparently also feature “a selection of deep cuts and fan favorites.” There’s no word at this time as to who will be opening for Ice Nine Kills during this run of dates.
Speaking of the tour, frontman Spencer Charnas said the tour was a unique opportunity to let fans experience both albums live and in person.
“The Silver Scream-A-Thon is a devilish chance for us to spend twice as much time in some of our favorite haunts, presenting a grindhouse-style double feature filled with deep cuts and our signature singalongs alike. In each city, Night One celebrates the fearsome full-length that began this era, The Silver Scream. Night Two slashes through The Silver Scream 2: Welcome to Horrorwood. Both evenings will unearth deep cuts from our band’s haunted past, with shocks and surprises galore.”
A Citi pre-sale for tickets will start at noon EST today, followed by the band’s “Psychos Only” pre-sale starting at 2 p.m. today. Tickets will eventually go on sale to the general public on Friday, December 20 at 10 a.m. local. You can find the full list of dates below.
