Devin Townsend Unveils North American Tour with Tesseract

Attention, powernerds everywhere! The madcap Canadian with a proggy penchant for riffs we’ve all come to know and appreciate as Devin Townsend announced this morning that he’s heading out on the road in support of his latest album, Powernerd.

Set to kick off next year on May 2 in Nashville and coming to a close on May 21 in Los Angeles, the tour will stop at a number of important locales, including New York City, Boston, Montreal, Toronto, and more.

All of this was announced while Townsend’s been busy working on his follow up to The Moth. That should be one hell of a release.

In the meantime, you can check out the tour dates below. Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
