Passport Delays Force Kruelty to Miss Some of Their Tour with Undeath
This past summer, Undeath announced a killer death metal tour would be ripping its way through North America later this month. The bill was stacked, with Gates To Hell and Kruelty supporting the entire run, but unforeseen circumstances regarding passports is keeping the latter from the stage — at least for the first few shows.
According to a post shared by the Japanese death/doom metal/hardcore band, they were forced to miss last night’s show in Los Angeles and they’re going to miss the Mesa, Arizona gig tonight, too.
“Due to the delay in returning out passports, we will not be able to play at least the first two shows of this Undeath tour.
“Currently we are trying every option that we can do and aiming to join the tour by some point of next week at the latest. We are very sorry to everyone involved and to our fans.
“We will still be selling merch at Echoplex tonight. so please help us recover from this big financial loss.
“Thank you.
“We’ll never give up.”
Despite their absence, Kruelty urged fans to buy their merch at the shows, since they shipped everything out ahead of time and any purchases could help the band recoup their losses.
