Better Lovers Enter Their Power Ballad Phase with “At All Times”

0

We’re exactly one month out from the release of Better Lovers‘ debut album Highly Irresponsible and if this is new single is your first exposure to the band, you might be a little confused. For weeks, we’ve been talking about how the band featuring former members of Every Time I DieFit for an Autopsy, and The Dillinger Escape Plan has been pretty kick ass, but you’re getting hit in the ears with a power ballad.

I promise you, you’re not listening to the wrong song — this new single titled “At All Times” is indeed not a face ripper supreme. It’s a more radio friendly side of the band. One that gets on the airwaves with their particular style of power ballad.

Vocalist Greg Puciato said he was excited about the single’s reveal, stating that it was the kind of thing he’d wanted to release for a while now.

“When the guys sent me the instrumental of ‘At All Times’ I was really blown away. I’ve been looking forward to the ‘writes power ballads’ stage of my existence for a while now. I knew it was coming. I had no idea it would be with this band. As a vocalist, it’s really exciting to be with guys that can write songs like this AND ’30 Under 13.’ This one’s for the lovers.”

Highly Irresponsible will be available on October 25 via SharpTone Records, but you can preorder your copy today. The band also has a tour lined up, so if you want to catch ’em live, you need to peep the list of dates below to see when they’ll be in your area.
