Cattle Decapitation and Shadow of Intent Announce European Co-Headlining Tour

I can’t think of a better band to represent the United States of America abroad than one that named themselves after slaughtering cows. Is that not what America is all about? Meat and blood and death? Nah, that makes this stupid country sound way more metal than it really is. But regardless, California deathgrind outfit Cattle Decapitation is heading to Europe with Connecticut deathcore group Shadow of Intent for a co-headlining tour.

Cattle Decapitation and Shadow of Intent announced the new tour yesterday with a poster that makes America look like a menacing, deadly monster that brings with it a plague of locusts as frightened villagers below run and hide. Yeah, that’s a more accurate depiction of America.

Openers for the tour will be Boston technical death metal group Revocation and South African death metal band Vulvodynia.
