Festivals have really been killing it with their lineups recently. Especially the ones not in the United States—those overseas ones give us a run for our money, which sucks even more since it’s hard enough to have money to do literally anything now, like traveling. It’s like “they” (and by “they,” I mean everyone responsible for shows and concerts the last few years) know how miserable it is to exist currently. Next year’s twin festivals Rock Am Ring and Rock IM Park were already looking up with the first grand reveal and now they’ve added 13 more bands to the roster to really put the cherry on top (though it won’t be the only cherry because they’re supposed to announce more bands at some point).

Even though the festival poster boasts an alphabetical listing, we all know who the head honchos are. Bring Me the Horizon has been announced as the second headliner to Slipknot, who was the first band revealed. Other ones shared include Lorna Shore, Sleep Token, Jinjer, and Idles.

Corey Taylor was among those who played this year’s festivals, so the fact that he is coming back next year with the rest of his band obviously means the crowd couldn’t get enough of his ass. Can’t say I blame them. Slipknot’s had a mad busy year so far and will be touring early next year, so hopefully, those fools can take a break before they run themselves into the ground.

Back in June, Green Day, Die Ärzte and Måneskin headlined the 2024 bill, with Machine Head, Avenged Sevenfold, and Parkway Drive making their own loved appearances.

Tickets for the festivals are already on sale and can be purchased on the Rock Am Ring website. Be prepared to translate, though.
