This year’s proceedings at Inferno Metal Festival Norway just got even bigger with the announcement of some more bands being added to the bill. Seriously, when you add the likes of newly reunited Kylesa and The Black Dahlia Murder to a lineup as your second wave, you know you’re doing something right.

Announced earlier today, organizers not only added the aforementioned bands, but they revealed that the multi-day event will also include Dødheimsgard and Ponte Del Diavolo. With the additions, the full list of performers is as follows:

  • Behemoth
  • 1349
  • Tsjuder
  • Tiamat
  • Kylesa
  • Necrophobic
  • Blood Incantation
  • Dødheimsgard
  • The Black Dahlia Murder
  • Gaerea
  • Aeternus
  • Seth
  • Abyssic
  • Spectral Wound
  • Lamentari
  • Angist
  • Bythos
  • Schwein
  • Ponte Del Diavolo
  • Syn
  • Vorbid
  • Violent Magic Orchestra
  • Rosa Faenskap

Inferno Metal Festival will run from April 17 to April 20 in Oslo, Norway. The festival will take place primarily on Rockefeller’s two stages: Rockefeller and John Dee, as well as other smaller clubs around the city. If next year’s festival is like previous years, there will also be a number of conferences and sightseeing tours.

Tickets are available today with four-day passes for 3,400 NOK ($322.14 USD) and four-day passes and access to the conference for 3,950 NOK ($374.25 USD). Tell me that doesn’t look like enough justification to book your flight over to Norway right now.
