Manuel Gagneux Reflects on Zeal & Ardor’s Worst Show Ever

0

You ever see a lineup for a show and think “one of these things is not like the other”? Like there are a few bands of a certain genre and the last one is just completely not in the same realm as the others? Turns out, that’s exactly what happened to Swiss avant-garde metal band Zeal & Ardor.

While speaking with the band’s frontman and mastermind Manuel Gagneux, we got to hear about the band’s worst show ever. Without spoiling the whole video, it has to do with a Depeche Mode show in Paris, a huge crowd, and playing on an even bigger stage.

We’d like to give a huge thanks to Manuel Gagneux for taking the time to chat. Be sure to check out Zlea & Ardor’s forthcoming album GREIF when it comes out next Friday, August 23.

You can catch this video, and all the other ones we’ve done over the years, on our YouTube channel. Just don’t forget to like/subscribe/thumbs up/hit the notification bell/comment/send smoke signals so the algorithm knows we make good shit.
