Photos: August Burns Red and House & Home at at House of Independents in Asbury Park, NJ on August 2, 2024

This past Friday, metalcore act August Burns Red took the stage at the House of Independents in Asbury Park, New Jersey. Being Pennsylvania natives, they weren’t too far off from their hometown digs, so it makes sense that they looked comfortable killing it up there on stage.

The show was part of August Burns Red’s ongoing run of dates with both House & Home and Wiltwither. It was also their second date at the House of Independents, as both nights were completely sold out. People were buzzing to see ABR play and from the images below, you can tell things popped off once things got started.

We were lucky enough to have photographer Jess Ripper on hand to shoot both August Burns Red and House & Home for the galleries below. As you can tell from the intense looks on the performers’ faces to the bodies literally flying off the stage, it was a high energy night from start to finish.
