YOB, Autopsy, Pallbearer, and More Set to Perform at Decibel Metal & Beer Fest: Denver
If there’s one thing our buddies over at Decibel know how to do, it’s put together a killer fucking show. They do it every year in Philly and they’ve been doing it in Denver, too. But when they announced this year’s Decibel Metal & Beer Fest: Denver lineup, I gotta say — it feels like they’ve outdone themselves this time.
Set to take place on Friday, December 6 and Saturday, December 7 at the Summit in Denver, Colorado, the two-day concert experience is going to feature some must-see sets from some absolutely monstrous acts. We’re talkin’ YOB. We’re talkin’ Cirith Ungol. I dunno, how about fuckin’ Autopsy? That do anything for ya? Because it should.
As it stands, here’s the full lineup for both days:
Friday, December 6:
Autopsy (“Severed Survival” set)
Frozen Soul
Undergang
Dreadnought
Necropanther
Upon Stone
Daeva
Saturday, December 7:
YOB
Cirith Ungol
Pallbearer
Crypt Sermon
Earthburner
Glacial Tomb
Oak, Ash & Thorn
Look at those bands and tell me that doesn’t look like a great time. Actually, don’t because that would make you a goddamned liar.
Not content to just leave it there, Decibel also have a pre-show event planned for Thursday, December 5 at Ratio Beerworks, featuring Green Druid, Abrams, and Cloud Catcher. Tickets for that show will set you back $18 in advance. Like I said — they don’t fuck around.
And since this is a “Metal and Beer” festival, that means you’re gonna have a shot at tasting some delectable brews along the way. Attendees that are 21 and older can get a cuppa suds from the following breweries:
3 Floyds Brewing (IN)
Incantation Brewing (CO)
Black Sky Brewery (CO)
Nepenthe Brewing Co. (MD)
Brimming Horn Meadery (DE)
WarPigs Brewing (IN)
Adroit Theory (VA)
Smoldered Society Beer Company (NY)
Thin Man Brewing (NY)
Magnanimous Brewing (FL)
Attic Brewing (PA)
Ratio Beerworks (CO)
TRVE Brewing
Tickets for this truly kick ass event will be available this Friday, July 26, though Decibel is having a limited presale. For more details about tickets and pricing, be sure to head over to Decibel‘s website to learn more.
