Bodysnatcher Release New Single “Infested”
Just hours ago, it was announced that Florida deathcore act Bodysnatcher was going on tour with Fit For An Autopsy this fall. It’s a momentous occasion for any band, so naturally now would be a great time for the release of new music, and that’s exactly what we got.
With a new EP titled Vile Conduct set to drop on September 3 via MNRK Heavy, the band released their latest single and accompanying music video, titled “Infested.” According to Bodysnatcher’s Kyle Carter, the song is less about horror tropes and more about the daily struggle that many feel while dealing with depression.
“‘Infested’ is about falling back into depression over and over again. It’s about being on the cusp of giving up and telling yourself that you’re going to do whatever you can to heal and come out okay on the other end. Depression is a lifelong fight, and we’re always going to feel like it’s important to talk about.”
In addition to the Fit For An Autopsy tour dates, the band already has plans to hit European venues starting next week. Tickets for the North American tour go on sale this Friday, July 26 at 10 a.m. local time. You can find the full list of tour dates below.
