Sebastian Bach Takes “Youth Gone Wild” Serious, Lets His 11-Year Old Stepson Shred on Stage
We’ve seen plenty of instances of rock stars’ kids starting their own bands and trying to strike it out on their own. Slipknot, Metallica, Stone Temple Pilots… all those legacy acts have a new generation coming up to potentially take their fathers’ reins.
During a recent show in Las Vegas, former Skid Row vocalist Sebastian Bach was playing a free show when he took a moment to introduce his 11-year-old stepson Trace. The kid was holding a Dimebag signature guitar and from the get-go, he ripped into a rendition of the classic song “Youth Gone Wild”. Honestly, it’s pretty badass to see a kid kick so much ass at guitar.
That’s not the only family member Bach had on stage that day. Bach’s 35-year-old son Paris plays drums for the rocker’s solo band.
Nerdy fans of Skid Row and Bach may want to make sure they head over to San Diego Comin Con to meet the vocalist at the Rebellion Republic merch booth so he can sign your shit.
Lately, Bach’s been talking a lot about Skid Row and his former bandmates. Though they don’t really address each other directly, they’ve been responding to headlines here and there that suggested Bach could fix things with a single phone call, yet they want to continue moving on without him.
