Downpour (feat. Shadows Fall, Living Wreckage) Drop New Single “Kill The Mind”, EP Announced

When he’s not working on his “Metal Hippie Workout” YouTube series or working on new Shadows Fall tunes, Brian Fair has apparently been plugging away at another project known as Downpour. Featuring Living Wreckage guitarist Matt Pebreton, Birch Hill Dam bassist Pete Gelles, and ex-Unearth drummer Derek Kerswill, the band’s got some serious talent on its side.

Earlier today, they dropped a new single and it kinda rips, man. Titled “Kill The Mind”, this new four and a half minute headbanger is the title track for their forthcoming EP. Set to release on Tuesday, July 9, Kill The Mind will feature four new — yet old-school feeling — tracks including the one shared below.
