Sharon Osbourne’s Shopping Around an Ozzy and Lemmy Super Hero Cartoon

Who’s ready for an “irreverent and funny” cartoon featuring the superhero duo of… *checks nots) Ozzy Osbourne and the late Motörhead frontman Lemmy Kilmister?! Because if Sharon Osbourne has her way, that’s exactly what she’s going to bring to the world.

Years and years after the existence of Saturday morning cartoons, Sharon said in an interview with The Entertainer! magazine that she’s been working on the show featuring her husband and their mutual friend.

“They are superheroes. It’s very, very funny. It’s irreverent and funny. Hopefully somebody will buy that and that’ll go out. We’re excited about it.”x

Now, it’s not like we haven’t see those two icons in cartoon form. Just two years ago, there was an animated music video for the 30th anniversary edition of the song “Hellraiser,” which you can check out below. I’m not saying that’s what Sharon’s cartoon will look like, but if it is then that would be fuckin’ cool looking.

And it’s not like metal and cartoons haven’t mixed before. I mean, look at Metalocalypse!

This news comes just a day after it was announced that Ozzy’s health issues forced him to cancel a film festival appearance this weekend. As he’s left more and more unable to perform and show up at events, it’s becoming more apparent that the man’s getting older and one day won’t be with us anymore.
