Slaughter to Prevail Want to Cause the Biggest Wall of Death at Hellfest
In what’s sure to make the medical tent at this year’s Hellfest wince an morbid anticipation, Slaughter to Prevail has announced that they’re going attempt the biggest wall of death ever. And when I say they’re going to attempt it, I mean they’re going to get all their hapless fans and other concertgoers to risk their bodies for the attempt.
For those that don’t know, a Wall of Death is when a band gets the crowd to split down the middle and face each other. After a certain amount of time, the vocalist calls out for the thing to commence and both sides run at each other head-on. It’s a hell of a sight and there’s no way that everyone comes out the other end completely unscathed.
“HELLFEST. Are you ready to be a part of history? We will attempting to the world’s biggest wall of death. Catch our set Thursday 27th, 6pm on MainStage 1.”
With their Hellfest performance slated for this Thursday, that means you’ve got three days to get limber if you’re planning on joining in on the fun. Hopefully it won’t be as much of a bust as Alpha Wolf’s attempt at a Wall of Death…
