Simulakra Announce “Reintournation” Tour

Back in March, Delaware-based blackened hardcore act Simulakra put out their new EP, Reincarnation. It’s a slamming, powerful EP with creative artwork that looks like a bunch of religious figures gathering around a giant glowing vagina and saying prayers to it. Well, now you can catch the band’s live show, which probably doesn’t involve actual worship of a giant glowing vagina. Vagina worship will have to wait until your coven meets on Sundays.

The group announced a short string of shows for August and September to support the new release. Support n the tour comes from Hebussa, Worst Doubt, and Discontent, with the exact line-up varying from show to show. The tour was announced on the Instagram account of the band’s record label, DAZE, with the following caption:

“SIMULAKRA’S REINTOURNATION THIS SUMMER… HEADBUSSA AND WORST DOUBT COMING OVER FROM FRANCE… DISCONTENT ROLLING THROUGH FOR SOME SHOWS… THIS SHIT IS GONNA BE DOPE… CHECK THE DATES AND ROLL OUT!”

Hopefully, the tour proves to be better than the tortured attempt at a portmanteau, “Reintournation,” which sounds like Yosemite Sam screwing up his catch phrase “What in tarnation?” Check out the full list of dates below.
