Mayhem Festival Organizers Drop Clues About This Year’s Lineup
Believe it or not, Mayhem Festival is coming back. Originally teased as a possibility near the end of May, it was announced that the return will take place over two years, with this year’s fest being a single date and next year’s version returning to the tour that it used to be.
Over on the festival’s Instagram page, organizers dropped a buncha numbers offering some hints about the bands that might make it on the bill for 2024. You can find the post below or read it in the following list:
- Four bands returning to Mayhem Festival
- 19 bands whose first time it is on Mayhem Festival
- 15 bands whose performance will be their only one in California for the rest of the year
- Three whose performance will be their return to California for the first time in over 10 years
- Two whose show will be their first-ever in California
- One whose show is their debut
Given those hints, I’m sure someone among you guys can figure at least a good number of bands out. With eight years of the festival in the history books, all you gotta do is look back at those lineups and I’m sure you can deduce who could be potential additions.
