200 Stab Wounds Want You to “Ride The Flatline” in Their Latest Single
About a month ago, death metal motherfuckers 200 Stab Wounds announced that their sophomore full-length effort Manual Manic Procedures would be releasing on June 28. Since then, fans have been chomping at the bit to assault their earholes with the absolutely crushing music the Clevelanders were certain to deliver — especially after hearing the first single “Hands Of Eternity.”
Well, earlier today those same fans got a dose of insanely brutal death metal, as 200 Stab Wounds released the album’s latest single “Ride the Flatline.” And after listening to it a couple times, I gotta say — this shit goes hard. If you thought their 2021 debut Slave to the Scalpel was heavy, it sounds like Manual Manic Procedures is gonna blow your ass up.
“All the crazy chemicals caught fire. The Ohio River goes into Lake Erie, which is where our water supply is. So the song comes from that really. But obviously, we put a little bit of animation into it, with someone getting run over by a train in the process and fucking exploding and shit.”
