Oceano, Casket Robbery, The Convalescence Announced for Toledo Death Fest 2024

For one day this June, the Buckeye State’s going to be known for more than just Cincinatti chili and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. On June 8, Ohio will be host to the annual Toledo Death Fest once again, bringing two stages’ worth of some killer fuckin’ bands.

Announced earlier today, the fest will feature sets by Oceano, The Convalescence, Visceral Disgourge, Rose Funeral, Casket Robbery, and a whole lot more. This all-ages event will be held at Mainstreet Bar & Grill at 131 Main Street in Toledo. And for $30 in advance and $35 at the door, the sheer amount of sonic carnage available at that price is impressive, though there are also some VIP packages available for a higher price too.

For those that don’t know, Toledo Death Fest started in 2009 as a way to give bands starting off in Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan a chance to show off their stuff to local fans. Since then, the event has grown to include local, regional, and underground touring acts. Promoter Keith Wampler ultimately expanded the proceedings in 2021 to include a second stage to accommodate more bands.
