Bring Me The Horizon Tease Album with Video for “Kool-Aid”

Bring Me The Horizon have shared a video for their song “Kool-Aid,” produced and directed by CiRCUS HEaD.

This release is exciting, as there has been some confusion around when the band will be releasing music. They were originally planning to drop their still-forthcomng album, Post Human: NeX GEn, this past September, but then reported that the recording process was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances.” Since then, fans have been waiting for an update about the recording process.

Vocalist Oli Sykes says the record will be coming this summer, and that the band have been experiencing some difficulties lately that delayed the album. Despite that, they are determined to push forward.

Sykes writes statement:

“Post human is coming this summer , I promise. I just want u 2 have more songs u haven’t heard than songs u have on the record, & it’s been a ruff ride recently. Thank u for sticking with us! We love u.”

The band’s previous EP was titled Post Human: Survival Horror in 2020, and so far, they have released several singles from the new album: “Die4U,” “Strangers,” “Lost,” “Amen!,” “Darkside,” and “Kool-Aid.” That’s also assuming all six will be a part of NeX GEn.

Bring Me The Horizon were also in the spotlight over losing former keyboardist Jordan Fish, and it is not yet clear whether he is going to appear on the recordings. He joined the band in 2012, and so far, they have not found another keyboard player.

We hope to hear more about an official release date for the album soon, as well as possible tour dates to accompany a release.
