Abbath to Return to North America for Tour with Imperial Triumphant, Black Anvil, and Final Gasp

Norwegian black metal icon Abbath is making his return to North America this May for the Dread Reaver North America 2024 tour. Set to kick off on May 9 in Quebec and coming to an end on May 26 in Baltimore, the tour will feature supporting sets by Imperial Triumphant, Black Anvil, and Final Gasp.

According to Abbath, this run of 15 dates across the United States and Canada will be the first time back in the region in multiple years.

“Abbath is back! After the unfortunate cancellation of our 2020 run we are eager to announce our return in May.”

Speaking of the excitement the band feels in joining Abbath on tour, Imperial Triumphant’s Zachary Ezrin says it’s an exciting prospect.

“It is a great pleasure for the opportunity to share the stage with such an inspirational artist such as Abbath. Imperial Triumphant are poised to bring a Vile Luxury exclusive set to the stage for the first time. The molten grandeur will consume us all.”

Tickets will go on sale to the general public this Friday, March 1 at 10 a.m. local time, while a pre-sale will take place tomorrow, Thursday, February 29 at 10 a.m. local time.
