Ozzy the Landlord Wants You to Rent His West Hollywood Condo for $9,500 a Month

With retirement barreling toward the last vestiges of his career, Ozzy Osbourne and his wife/manager Sharon are probably gonna need new forms of revenue. So what’s a super wealthy person with extra properties to do? Well, become a landlord — duh.

According to a report by Realtor.com, the iconic metal couple are looking for someone to rent their West Hollywood, California apartment. It’s a one bedroom, two bathroom, 1,237-square-foot unit on the 10th floor and all they’re asking is $9,500 a month.

The apartment is described as having “a large living room with light-wood walls, recessed lighting, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a private balcony.” The kitchen is galley-style, with a whole lot of posh accoutrements, including “a countertop with seats, stainless appliances, and a glossy marble floor.” And don’t forget the included washer and dryer.

As for the bedroom, it’s got a walk-in closet, private terrace, built-in desk, and walls that would surely scream in horror having witnessed whatever madness those two coots got up to in there.

This isn’t the only apartment they’ve put up on the market. Apparently the couple is also renting out a larger unit, but someone else snatched that up at $17,500 a month. You know… chump change.

All of this property moving around has to do with the fact that the Osbournes are moving back to the United Kingdom. The couple already put their main home on the market, though it’s not looking like that bad boy’s moved just yet.
