Rage Against The Machine’s Tom Morello to be Inducted to 2024 Metal Hall Of Fame
Guitarist and political activist Tom Morello will be among this year’s inductees into the Metal Hall of Fame for his work with Rage Against The Machine and Audioslave. He’ll be inducted by none other than Mötley Crüe guitarist John 5.
Ahead of this week’s Metal Hall of Fame President/CEO Pat Gesualdo praised Morello’s body of work, as well as his impact on music as a whole.
“Tom Morello has influenced guitarists, musical peers, and fans throughout the world. Numerous bands and artists in various genres throughout the Industry have called upon Tom to play guitar on their projects, making him one of the most go-to musicians of all time.”
Set to take place this Wednesday at the 7th Annual Metal Hall of Fame Gala in Anaheim, California, the proceedings will be hosted by fellow inductee Eddie Trunk and Cathy Rankin. As expected with this kind of award event, some special performances as well throughout the night.

Of course, Rage made headlines when they didn’t all show up to their Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame induction. We’ll have to see of Morello shows up for this one, but so far, it seems he is expected. For the sake of all his fans, we hope he makes it, and we’re stoked to see him get recognized.
