Poison the Well, Underoath, and More Added to Furnace Fest Lineup
The folks behind Furnace Fest just dropped the initial lineup for their 2024 End Of An Era fest, which will reportedly be their last fast—probably. The lineup includes Underoath, Poison The Well, Stretch Arm Strong, and Shai Hulud.
Underoath will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of They’re Only Chasing Safety with a full-album performance, and Poison The Well will be performing on the Shed Stage for the first time.
The fest will take place at The Sloss Furnaces in Birmingham, AL, from October 4 to 6.
The festival says via social media:
“We couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate @johnnygrimes2 ‘s birthday by announcing four of his all-time favorites as the starting point for FF2024: The End of an Era!

The maybe final Furnace Fest is shaping up to be quiet the impressive lineup for fans of old-school hardcore and metalcore, and if this truly is the last year the fest is happening—or hell, with this lineup, even if it isn’t—fans won’t want to sleep on this one.
