Lord of the Lost to Play First U.S. Shows in Over a Decade

German metal band and Eurovision finalists Lord of the Lost are coming back to the U.S. next fall for the first time in more than 10 years for a pair of special shows on either coast.

Taking place on September 14 at New York City’s Irving Plaza and September 27 at The Roxy in Los Angeles, the two performances will be in support of their latest studio effort Blood & Glitter, released back in May. They’ll also be supporting their forthcoming covers album Weapons of Mass Seduction, which is slated for release on December 29 via Napalm Records.

Looking to the pair of shows, frontman Chris Harms said the band’s upcoming involvement with 70,000 Tons Of Metal helped spark their interest in coming back to the States.

“After 10 long years of waiting, we are finally heading back to the United States! It has taken too long – not just for us, but for many, many fans. We are overjoyed that the long wait is finally over, and we are finally returning. A little taste of what’s to come is our participation in the 70,000 Tons Of Metal, which starts in Miami. So, at least briefly, we will set foot on US soil. In the fall of 2024, we will finally return for headline shows then!”
