Murderhorde Release New Single “Gloomweaver”

Virginia-based death metal punishers Murderhorde released a brand new and heavy single titled “Gloomweaver.” And while that’s news worthy enough to share, it’s also the backdrop for an epic collaboration with a killer death metal vocalist.

Clocking in at just under three minutes, the new track fucking crushes right from the outset. And while it’s brutal as Hell on its own, they managed to get the band’s long-time friend Joseph Bray to lend his vocals and add an even heavier feel to it. The band said this was the first time they’d ever worked with someone outside of the band to share create something truly brutal.

“This is the first song we truly collaborated on with the writing process and also features a gnarly guest vocal performance by Joseph Bray, a long time friend and former band mate [bassist Mike Belasco]. It seems fitting to be the first of our new material that we showcase.”

According to the band, they’re currently working on their first full-length studio album to follow up on their 2021 debut EP Ritual. If this song is any indication, we can’t wait to hear what they have in store.
