Earlier this month, an eclectic showcase of some of today’s more out there acts that mix the sensibilities of electronic music, noise, and metal. If you’re a traditional metal fan and abhor anything new or different, you may want to look away because this past October 11 in San Francisco got to witness a hell of a show.

From the EDM vibes of Otto Von Schirach to the Japanese noise rock of Melt-Banana, the show proved to be every bit as wild and out there as the bill demanded.

Once again, we have to give major props to Derek Tobias for just killing it with this recent batch of photos. He told us that this was among his top five favorite shows to shoot because of a number of factors, including the lighting and the intensity of each band that hit the stage. And that sort of thing makes perfect sense once you look at the images below.
