Rotting Christ is Working on a New Album

Rejoice, extreme metal adherents. Greek black metal stalwarts Rotting Christ have returned to the drawing board and are working on their 15th studio album. Though details about their next offering simply don’t exist at the moment, it’s enough to be excited simply knowing new tunes are on the way.

The news came out yesterday, as they posted a 51 second clip on YouTube showing each member in the studio. Included is a short clip of something from the new album, as well as a statement by frontman Sakis Tolis.

“We are in the middle of the process and I can promise that it will be a Hell of an album.”

Aside from the little info we now have, we do know that the record will be released sometime next year under the Seasons of Mist banner.
